i had high expectations for this hotel, but sadly the breakfast was just standard, unlike the exquisite tasting experience i deserved. the stairs were a disaster, especially with all my luggage—clearly some luxurious service was lacking. woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade after all of that. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.
